This sector includes the digital infrastructure markets (activities and companies involved in producing the products and services needed to roll out the networks of tomorrow: it covers very high-speed mobile broadband, including for the Internet of Things, and very high-speed fixed broadband for connected regions), tools and software (development, maintenance and publication of software tools), and digital uses and media (all the players involved in producing and distributing real or virtual images in the cinema, audiovisual, animation, video game and multimedia sectors. It also includes e-learning and internet services, notably e-commerce, as well as the content production activities of Telecom operators).
