Francis Garrido, BRGM Deputy Director of the Water, Environment, Processes and Analyses Directorate at BRGM, will speak at the online conference entitled "Summer 2022: water stakeholders confronted with drought", to be held on 9 March 2023.

An online conference on water

This online conference in the form of a TV show with guests, a keynote narration, an interview and many other sequences, is open to all. Lasting 45 minutes, it will address a topical issue at the heart of your business concerns. Followed by pitches presenting solutions, products or services.

You will then be able to participate in collaborative workshops after the programme, listen to feedback and analysis, and also participate in question-and-answer sessions.

The challenge of this first programme will be to review the dysfunctions of the summer of 2022 – the water shortages, the desperate wait for rain, the clear water that becomes muddy brown – and the communities that had to adapt and take various steps to try to alleviate the water stress. What do water stakeholders remember about the summer of 2022?
