BRGM is a partner of the Cycl'Eau trade fair, to be held at the CO'Met in Orléans on 9 and 10 October 2024.

CYCL'EAU is a regional trade fair dedicated to water management. For the first time it is being held in Orléans, on 9 and 10 October 2024. BRGM, with its expertise in groundwater, is a partner in the event.

The Loire-Bretagne Basin covers 28% of the territory of mainland France

Improving the state of water in our rivers, lakes and other stretches of water, and subterranean and coastal aquifers is an essential challenge for this Basin. Water of sufficient quality and quantity is and always will be essential to all human activities, and healthy natural environments provide us with many services.

The Centre-Val de Loire region boasts around 10,000 km of waterways, structured around the Loire and seven major alluvial valleys: the Cher, Indre, Creuse, Vienne, Loing, Loir and Eure.

It is for all these reasons, and also to facilitate meetings between economic and political players, that CYCL'EAU is taking place in Orléans.
