BRGM is jointly organising the 19th National Conference on Coastal and Civil Engineering (JNGCGC), which will be held in Lège-Cap-Ferret from 9 to 11 June 2026.
Three days devoted to the theme of the coastline
The JNGCGC focuses on the coastline in the broadest sense: scientific study, protection, planning, promotion and development of its resources.
This symposium is now an important international event for specialists and experts in these fields, providing an opportunity to discuss the following themes:
- Coastal hydrodynamics
- Sediment dynamics and morphodynamics
- Instruments, measurement, imaging and remote sensing
- Port, offshore and leisure structures
- Marine energy and resources
- Sustainable management of coastal and estuarine areas
- Coastal risks
- Numerical methods and artificial intelligence
The programme will include conferences on the various topics and an exhibition.
